Regina Elsner is a theologian and, since 2017, a researcher at the Centre for East European and international Studies (ZOiS) in Berlin. Her work focuses on investigating the dynamics of Orthodox social ethics in Eastern Europe since the dissolution of the Soviet Union with a special focus on peace ethics and gender-related topics.
