About this website

The Religion in Praxis blog is dedicated to fostering engaging conversations among academics, students, and the broader public. Our mission is threefold: to make cutting-edge scholarship accessible to a general audience, to create a space for dialogue between scholars, students, and civil society, and to provide a platform for blog members to explore potential ideas for future academic or funding collaborations.

Rooted in the scholarly foundations of the Global Christianity and Interreligious Relations seminar at Lund University, Religion in Praxis explores themes surrounding the intersections of religion, nationalism, and various social processes.

We welcome 500-750 word contributions and are eager to spotlight the work of our most active contributors through our monthly Religion in Praxis podcast series.

Dr. Tornike Metreveli serves as the Editor of the blog, ensuring a rich and captivating experience for our readers. Join us in this dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives on religion in today’s world.
